Members

TopSoft is composed of people from all around the world. Everyone participates in whatever way they can and adds their skills to the pool of members. Many talented souls have associated themselves with TopSoft in the past and present. If you'd like to join in, please do.

TopSoft is a non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Utah. It is governed by its bylaws and its articles of incorporation. The bylaws reference certain rules of conduct for mail lists and other electronic forums, and Team Rules which govern the formation and operation of project teams.

If you are interested in participating in TopSoft you should subscribe to one of the TopSoft mail lists. Once you have particpated in the mail lists for awhile and continue to have an interest in TopSoft you should apply for membership in TopSoft to the board of trustees.

If you want to begin your own programming project under the TopSoft umbrella, post a proposal for your project to the ts-general mail list. If others are interested in participating in your proposed project, then a mail list, web pages, ftp directory, and databases can be set up to support the project.
